Service and spare-parts

We have trained professionals who carry out repairs and service on both construction and machinery. We have a large warehouse where the most common spare parts are in stock and delivered as soon as possible. Special parts can be hastily delivered.

Customer Care

In case of operation breakdown, we are often able to fix the problem by the means of telephone assistance. Otherwise, a service technician will depart from our workshop as soon as possible.

Quality assurance

Quality assurance for the service consists in the completed service report of our service technician. This helps to give both the customer and us a good overview of what has been done on the machine, and is thus a guarantee that the machine or system meets the specified requirements and at the same time that the service level is in order.

Service agreement

To avoid unnecessary shutdowns of plants or machinery, we recommend a service agreement. With it we service systems or machines at agreed intervals. The plant or machinery are regularly reviewed, which extends the overall lifetime of the machine or plant considerably.
